Change can come into our lives as a result of a crisis, as a result of choice or just by chance. In a VUCA world, (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous) organization rely on their ability to react or proactively change through large scale strategic initiatives. Unfortunately, many of these initiatives fail, regardless of how great they look on paper, due to poor execution or a lack of stakeholder buy-in. Strategic initiatives success depends upon ability of the leadership to prioritize the softer side of management – building coalitions, creating alignment, sharing vision and providing direction
