About the CEO

Irfan-Hafeez Irfan is a Learning & Development specialist. He has been associated with multinationals and large local corporates over the last 23 years developing human capital across different business segments & industries. He has extensive experience in Executive Coaching, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent Management& Succession, Enhancing Customer Experience and Employee Engagement.

He has graduated from Harvard Business School. He is a certified Executive Coach, NLP, MBTI &EQi certified practitioner. He has successfully completed his ICMQ Wealth Management and Supervisory Management program NEBSM - National Examining Board of Supervisory Management from UK. He is on the board of CLO (Chief Learning Officers -USA) and also has his fellowship with ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management -U.K). He has established himself as a key regional player and worked on different projects in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Central Asia. He has designed & delivered 1000's of workshops on soft skills in countries like: Singapore, India, Netherlands, Germany, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and UAE.
